    Hey guys,

Eventually decided to give your plugin a try.

All good until I realised my first image (main blog post image) is no longer showing up as soon as I insert the shortcode [toc]

I’m using the Soledad theme from TheremForest

    Help would be highly appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry because the Soledad theme is a premium theme which I do not have access to or have budget to purchase since ezTOC is free I can not test compatibility or debug potential issues.

That said, I did visit the page and found this image hidden at the top of the post content:

    1. https://www.jeremybackpacker.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/georgetown-penang-malaisie-blog.jpg

The container div element for the image has an inline style of display none set. If that is the “missing” image, ezTOC is not setting the inline style to display none … there is no code in ezTOC that could.

Not sure that helps, but I hope it does.

    Hey Steven,

    Thanks for answering.

The image not display should be right under published date (https://www.jeremybackpacker.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/penang-georgetown-que-faire-en-malaisie-quand-partir.jpg)

The other image you mention is well displayed and is right underneath the EzTOC.

So basically the only option (as the ticket is set to “resolved”) is to leave me no other choice than accepting the plugin is simply not compatible with the theme and there is nothing you can do about it ?

Therefore i’ll need to find another one.

Thought the support was meant to fix issue, or try, so more people can use effectively your plugin..

    thanks for you time though,

    Jeremy

RE: there is nothing you can do about it ?

Not sure what you do expect. This is a free plugin and no budget to go out to purchase random x-plugin or y-theme. I gave you the best guess I had with the information I had on hand.

If you’re willing, as others have done, to purchase and donate a license, then I can deeper into the issue.

RE: i’ll need to find another one.

That in itself is a perfectly valid option. Perhaps try TOC+.
