We use Smart Plugin Manager on our website along with All in One. Getting the following email notifications every week when SPM attempts to make updates to our site. What settings do I need to adjust in All in One to not interfere with Smart Plugin Manager auto updating our site plugins?

“Your website responded with an unexpected HTTP code. Please allow SPM passing through your caching tool, and review your Web Application Firewall logs against blocked SPM requests if you use such software. We will try again later and you can contact Support if the error persists.

Due to this being a third party plugin, you may have to reach out to the plugin developer for any insight on how to configure the plugin to be by passed when updates are being run.”

Hi, you might have to carry out a process of elimination. First disable all firewall rules, then carry out a test. Also check the log files to see if something is revealed.

    Thank you

It says Please add Smart Plugin Manager to the allowed list in your All in One Web Application Firewall / security plugins or tools.

Where within the All in One settings do I add it?

    Hi,

It says Please add Smart Plugin Manager to the allowed list in your All in One Web Application Firewall / security plugins or tools.

I don’t understand what you mean? Can you provide more information.

    Thank you

    I have the same.
SPM fails, but i am unable to see where to allow it through the firewall.
