    Hello,

    Had to disable the plugin as its causing the Slider Revolution slider to not work.
    Do you know why this might be happening? It was working before latest updates.

    Thanks!

    Hi @martian73,

    Could you enable both plugins, but disable all integrations under Complianz -> Integrations.

    If that works. Enable each integration one by one, so we know which Integration is the culprit.

    It might also be a jQuery error. Did you move to 5.5 recently? If you can share the URL I can have a better look,

    yes, the site was updated to 5.5 when it came out. heres the URL: https://adventurescroatia.com/

    success, i disabled the integrations and the slider was still not loading, so I shut off the Offical Facebook Pixel plugin and the slider loads.

    I then turned on the integrations, but when I turned on Facebook integration the slider would not load. So something to do with the book of Faces…

    Hi @martian73,

    Check. I have slider revolution laying around, so I will set up a sandbox and try it out. Anything on the sliders connecting to the book of Faces?

    No, all the slider URLs link to the direct website. No facebook integration other than the facebook pixel script running in the header.

    Hi @martian73,

    Just visited your website, now I want to go to Croatia.

    Could you copy/paste the Facebook Pixel in Complianz – Integrations – Script Center. In the first snippet box. You should remove the script tags (<script></script>) for it to work.

    Then delete the official Facebook Plugin. This is the quickest way to solve the compatibility issue.

    I hear you, I am in the Calif desert!

    OK so I added the pixel script to the Complianz Integrations – Script section.

    But when I click the Facebook Integrations ON, it disabled the Slider. So I turned that OFF again. But the script is still in there.

    Also, we still have the full script running in the Theme JS code section.

    Hi @martian73,

    Forgot to tell you, sorry. When you have added the Facebook Pixel to our script center, you can set the integration off.

    You can remove all other Facebook Pixels, because Complianz will add this for you.

    i removed the pixel script from the theme header, then inserted the Pixel script to the Complianz, removing the script tags and didnt turn on the FB integrations, but the slider stopped working.

    Hi @martian73,

    I see an error with this code;

      window.dataLayer = window.dataLayer || [];
      function gtag(){dataLayer.push(arguments);}
      gtag('js', new Date());

      gtag('config', 'UA------1');

    (I removed your UA code).

    Could you maybe delete this and try again? It seems to be outside of the header,

    strange, that code comes from Pixel, so I am not sure if its an error. I removed it and then added the code again in the Complianz script section, and now the section is blank, the plugin is stuck somehow. So I had to turn the plugin off again as its shut off the revolution slider again.

    @martian73,

    Let’s start with enabling safe mode in Complianz under settings. And see if this works. If it does,

    Disable safe mode, and disable all Integrations under Integrations. Then turn them on, one by one to see which integration might be causing an issue.

    Ok I tried that, the plugin is still loading blank integration panel in safe mode.

    Hi @martian73,

    If it’s not us blocking cookies, it might be something else.

    Here: https://qtranslate.sites.qsandbox.com/(pw:000). They work together, although the implementation of Slider Revolution is a bit strange (my bad).

    This is WordPress 5.5 with the latest versions of both plugins.

    Is there anything I might be missing, settings in Slider Revolution or plugins that cause an issue as well?

    regards Aert

    (@martian73)

    im not sure. it all locked up once i added the script to the complianz script page. unfortunate cause we had it working. not the plugin has to remain off.

    Hi @martian73,

    Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce the issue, which makes helping a bit difficult. The last thing is to enable debugging and copy/paste the log here, maybe an error can be found:

    How to enable debugging can be found here for FTP; https://complianz.io/fatal-error-this-website-is-experiencing-technical-difficulties/ under “To troubleshoot this issue…”

    Or install the plugin WP Debugging, enable the settings and reproduce the issue. Then copy/paste the created log here.

    regards Aert
