Conflict with Simple Calendar

Author of Simple Calendar here.
The recent update to 0.9.5 crashed a few sites running our plugins. Testing the 2 plugins together locally brought up an error for me in this line.
No such file or directory in .../wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php on line 143Hopefully that helps.

w3tc_class_autoloadfunction.
