Conflict with Shield Security

    I lost access to my admin account because of conflict between the (Shield Security) and the (Wordfence). I need help to deactivating either of them from the aws Lighsail shell, or by other means.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We do not recommend using two security plugins at the same time due to issues like this.

    If you can get access to your file system, simply locate the Wordfence folder in the plugins section and rename it to something else!
