• I’m getting a conflict with my client’s site that uses both Pilot Press and search and filter pro. If pilot press is activated I can only see the homepage on the frontend unless I’m logged into WP. Otherwise I get a 404 page error. Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Does the problem go away when you disable the Search and Filter Pro plugin?

PilotPress works by redirecting users away from a page that they are not allowed to see, and redirecting people on log in to the page set by the “Post Login Redirect” setting in Settings > PilotPress. Other plugins that use redirection, or manipulate the database without releasing locks on it, can interfere, but looking at Search and Filter Pro’s documentation it looks like database activity should be limited to when a search is actually being done.

You can try the following to see if it helps. Go to Settings > PilotPress and uncheck both the “Enable Customer Center” and “Enable Partner Center” check boxes. Then, at the bottom, click “Advanced” and sure you aren’t caching API calls, and retry. That will disable some of PilotPress’ functions and may be helpful identifying exactly where Search and Filter Pro is conflicting.
