Conflict with Remote Dtabase Backup plugin. Can't activate without Fatal Error

I was trying to activate ES0.6 onto a GoDaddy hosted site and every time I tried to activate the plugin, I would get the same fatal error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare t() (previously declared in /home/content/html/wp-content/plugins/remote-database-backup/wpframe.php:32) in /home/content/html/wp-content/plugins/edge-suite/includes/edge-suite-general.php on line 226
Deactivated the Remote Database Backup plugin and it worked, but now I probably cannot activate RDB as a result.
