Conflict with qty field

theme is woostify, running latest versions of wp & plugins

Hi @wpdevboy,

If the user adds the 0 value or keeps it blank, the plugin displays the error “Please enter the value greater than 0”.

We have checked the error message “Please enter a valid quantity for this product”. This error message does not come from the auction plugin. The stock quantity of the auction product is always 1. You can not set the multiple quantities in one auction product.

1) Have you used any quantity plugin on your site? Let us know.

2) Could you please share WooCommerce System Report? It can be found – WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report.

3) Please create a test auction product on your site and share its URL with us. We will check and let you know.

Thanks for sharing the details.

We have tested this issue on our server with the?“woostify” theme. This theme?displays the pulse?and minus signs for the quantity setting on the product page. It conflicts with the bidding functionality. You can fix this issue by hiding these signs from the product page.

To resolve the issue, please add the custom CSS to the below path of your site.

WP-admin > Appearance > Customize -> Additional CSS -> Add the below CSS and save it. It will fix this issue.
