Conflict with “Popup Maker” plugin

Hi, I have your plugin for a long time and a couple days ago I activated a “Popup Maker” plugin to put a popup when users visit my website (with a 5 second delay).

But I noticed that my popup didn’t close, even though all the settings were correct. So I contacted their support and they adviced me to turn off every plugin on my website to find the problem. And I did. And I found that the conflict is with your plugin.

However, my popup didn’t close even when I deleted all of my code (Google Analytics etc) in your plugin. It started to close ONLY when I deactivated your plugin.

So my questions are: how to resolve this issue? And which side has to resolve this conflict – your plugin’s team, or team of the plugin that I mentioned before?
