Conflict with plugin “Participants Database”

    When enabling the plugin “Participants Database” then “Nextgen Gallery” shows a blank page when using e.g. the short tag [ngg src=”galleries” ids=”51″ display=”basic_thumbnail”]

    Thank you for reaching out,

    While checking, the plugin Participants Database and NextGEN Gallery activated using the shortcode you shared works fine on the frontend. It displays the gallery image instead of the blank page, as shown in the screenshot here.

    It looks like the conflict from other plugins activated on your setup. Could you please deactivate other plugin except Participants Database and NextGEN Gallery and check if the issue is resolved or not!

    I have identified the problem as a php memory limit error that comes in combination with some other plugins. I have solved this by deactivating some of the other plugins. This error occurs after one of the last updates of all plugins.
