We have had issues like this reported in the past, I can’t remember if it was specifically with the Ocean theme or another theme. But the main takeaway here is that our plugin isn’t doing anything wrong or can’t handle this situation better. What is happening is the Ocean theme is running it’s styles and scripts too liberally on the backend of WordPress and it is affecting our settings page. We ensure that our styles and scripts only run on our settings page so to not interfere with anyone – and it’s also better for performance. Other plugins and themes should do the same.
I appreciate Ocean theme is probably done by a big company so they may not honour such a request. So realistically the simple solution is to change the theme temporarily to adjust the settings as need be and then switch the theme back afterwards. The setting you are referring to is for most people a set and forget thing anyway so hopefully for you, it’s not something you will need to do everyday or anything.
