Conflict With Plugin

Hello

Recently i have installed plugin called — Woocommerce check pincode/zipcode for shipping. & i have found some error like user interface not showing properly.

The function of this plugin like checking pincode is not running means whenever we put wrong pincode it runs perfectly showing the message that we do not provide the goods to this pincode but when i put the correct one it just reloads the entire page & does not shows up any message.

I thought this must be plugin error so i deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and remove all the custom code . But the issue remains the same after that i have contact to the author of the theme they have checked on their playground but its seems to work fine & they told me this is a matter of caching.they have suggested to contact the plugin developers to let them know about this.
