Conflict with pixel and google merchant

  • I installed this plugin and really loved it but after some time it created conflict with Facebook catalog and google merchant account… Google error was different value in in product feed and different value google get by crawling… Google ads stopped giving results snd started errors. Account suspension warning recieved for this.. Facebook catalog sync was rejecting products unnecessarily….. Is there any solution for this

    Hello @sadiqmayari,

    We haven’t received similar reports with Facebook catalog or Google Merchant recently.

    Are you using also WPML? If that’s the case, it would be better to open a chat in our support as we have better tools to investigate this situation.

    i want to use it as its agreat plugin but for now i have uninstalled it

    the problem is that

    suppose i have put the price of an item pkr 1100 after installing the plugin i gave the exchange rate for us customers so the price for usa is 5 dollar

    now what happened is that our google merchat account was givin notification of their policy that the value on backend is 1100 and the value getting through crawl is 5 dollar. because of this it stopped our ads also..

    is there any solution for this

    Thank you for your explanation @sadiqmayari. According to this, it seems like a feature missing or a compatibility issue with your Google Merchant implementation.

    Would you be able to reproduce this issue in a Sandbox site? In that way, we will be able to investigate it better?
