    When your plugin is active on site with “Optimize JavaScript Code? = YES” setting than our Pinterest pluign’s one functionality break.

    The setting in pluign “Show Pin It Button On Image Hover” not work if your plugin is active on site with optimize JavaScript.

    Our 2 user reported that issue.

    Plugin uses already minified JS.

    Please check the problem and provide a solution for that.

    Thanks
    Weblizar

    Hi there Weblizar;
    In general: Autoptimize by default aggregates, minifies & defers all JS. In case things do break, AO comes with options that can be used to fix such issues (forcing JS into head, excluding specific JS from optimization) as explained in the FAQ.

    Specifically: aggregating & minifying already minified JS isn’t the issue here, the problem is most likely jQuery being loaded too late (optimized JS is deferred by AO), so start by either excluding jQuery or by using the “force into head”-option.

    I had a look at Li-An’s website, your plugin seems to be deactivated for now, you can see the page without AO by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    Hope this helps,
    frank

    Thanks Frank for fast response.

    We have forced the script to load in head and it worked.

    Thanks again for explaining the correct issue.

    Have a great day!

    Regards
