Can you try just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload) to see which one is breaking things here?

    Hi frank
    excuse me for delay
I can’t find the exact problem but I test some options.
    1. I checked the (Inline and Defer CSS) and leave the box empty. when unchecked it, the website works fine as before.
    2. one thing surprises me, if check (Inline and Defer CSS) and leave the box empty and also check (Save aggregated script/CSS as static files) then oxygen tabs stuck.
    3. Now I just checked the (Inline and Defer CSS) and leave the box empty and everything work fine.
    4. Save aggregated script/CSS as static files is an important part of autoptimize and unfortunately, I can’t use it.

Recently even the both two items ((Inline and Defer CSS) and (Save aggregated script/CSS as static files) are disabled and tabs are stuck.

    you can check it here

you see tabs in the middle of the page

    thanks

hmmm, first and foremost; you’re using both Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache to do CSS/ JS optimization which can cause problems. If you want to us AO, you’ll have to disable all CSS/ JS features in WPFC.

    thanks for your response
yeah, I use both of them, but GT Metrix reports show that it is better to use AO and wp fastest cache together instead use AO alone. also, they worked fine before AO last update.

you can continue using WPFC (it’s great), but not to also do JS/ CSS optimization, or at least not for the time we’re trying to troubleshoot your issue ??

    Hi there
I want to know it’s possible to solve the oxygen page builder problem in your new update? I also have a problem with digits OTP plugin. even I tried to exclude the whole folder of digits being cache whit AO but it’s not helpful.
the problem is when you log in with digits, the “Sign in/Sign” text link won’t change with “my account” text link and you have to type the link “yourdomain.com/my-account” in order go to my account page.
the problem is with caching because WPFC also makes this problem.

do you have any idea or advice?
    thank you so much
    I’m waiting for further response

First and foremost try to identify what is breaking digits OTP by just disabling CSS or JS or HTML or Image optimization (incl. lazyload). Once you know that, dive in and try identify what code/ files (CSS or JS) are responsible for the broken feature and try excluding that. If the problem is with JS, chances are you’ll find useful information on your browser’s developer console. There’s more info in the troubleshooting tips and info on exclusions in the AO FAQ.

    hope this helps,
    frank
