Conflict with other plugins

    Hi Takanakui,

    As mentioned before, great plugin and your support has been fantastic.

    We have noticed that your plugin conflicts with several other plugins (e.g. live chat, sticky header, etc) causing these features not to appear on the mobile site.

    When we deactivate your mobile menu plugin, everything works fine. Do you have any solution for this please?

    Thanks for your reply.

    The main plugin that we need working is the live chat named tawk.to. Link provided below:

    The live chat icon only appears on the mobile site 1 times out of 10 when your plugin (mobile menu) is also active. If your plugin is deactivated then the live chat icon appears all the time.

    Hi,

    Not sure if you already updated to the latest 2.3 version.

    Update and after that replace the current mobmenu.css located at plugins/mobile-menu/css by this file attached?

    After this clear the mobile browser cache.

    Hi,

    We did exactly as you suggested, but there is still a conflict with the chat plugin. Since upgrading the mobile menu plugin (great work by the way), the chat plugin no longer shows on both desktop and mobile. In fact, it appears for a split second and then vanishes.

    Hope there is a solution to this as we really do not want to uninstall your fantastic plugin.
