conflict with Organize Series plugin

Hi,

After the recent updates I have noticed that an error is occurring with Organize Series plugin when Revive Old Posts posts to Facebook and Twitter. Before, the postings to social media worked all good, however for the last few days whenever a post, which is a part of the series organized by Organize Series plugin, causes the next few posts posted by your plugin to be posted with errors adding additional line before the post’s title.

This post is posted correctly to social media starting with the first line:
“This entry is part 6 of 6 in the series Alien World”

However the next few posts (up to 36 posts) will tag the same line in front of their titles, even though they’re not a part of any series.
Recently I had to erase a bunch of posts on Twitter and Facebook as they were posted incorrectly with that line added.
Could you please help me eliminate this error which seems to be catched from the previous post?
