• Dear Team,

I really like Subscribe2 as an alternative to Jetpack, but I do have an issue on a clients Website. On mana-coaching.at, I get an error message once I enter an e-mail-adress for subscription. This error message is provided by the newsletter-system in use (klick-tipp).

We have implemented Klick-Tipp-Optin-Forms on two sites created by OptimizePress Plugin so I guess there is any conflict here but can’t figure out what happens.

Could you help getting this solved?

    Regards
    Michaela

You have 2 forms on your site, one for the Klick-Tipp-Optin-Form and one for Subscribe2.

However, you only have one closing HTML </form> tag, the one for the Klick-Tipp-Optin-Form is missing. If you can correct this I suspect everything will work as expected.

Thanks for your really quick reply. You’re right, the Form for Klick-Tipp Opt-In war accidentally not closed. I corrected this, but unfortunately the error still occurs when trying to subscribe via Subscribe2.

Are you running some form of caching? I’m still only seeing the one closing form tag.

You’re completely right … Somewhat embarrassing for me :-/

Cleared the cache and now everything is working as supposed. Many thanks for your quick support! Appreciate it.
