• Case: when the Point of Sale plugin is activated, the payment methods that should result from the Mollie Payments plugin are not visible or active anymore.
    After deactivating the Point of Sale plugin, the Mollie Payment methods are present again.
    I cannot go without the Mollie payment methods, which means I cannot use the POS now.

    Point of Sale POS voor WooCommerce, version 2.2.2
    Mollie Payments for WooCommerce, latest version (6.3.0).

    Is there any workaround or fix available?

    This is the list of payment methods whilst the POS plugin is deactivated:

    After deactivating again, the methods are visible again.

    Please go ahead and submit a POS debug log to us for review.

    Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

    Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will automatically send to us for analysis. We will review and follow-up directly with you on a solution to fix for your website after reviewing the logs. Thank you.

    Hello, it seems that I have the same problem. Activating the POS plugin disables all Mollie payment methodes I have made active for the online shop. Have you any news on this. Thank you.

    In our upcoming release this month, we will be adding support for Mollie payments to fix the related activation bug reported.

    If you’d like to have this resolved prior to the upcoming release, please submit a Support ticket from the POS system directly as described above.

    Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

Once you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will automatically send to us for analysis.     This new release will be available in early Q4 allowing active users to upgrade quickly and easily to the new version. This is considered a major release, so we are making sure it’s tested, QA’d and completes Beta status before being released.

    For any active users experiencing the conflict with Mollie Payments, we’re asking those users to create a support ticket directly in the POS (as outlined above), our team will review the log and provide support to resolve the compatibility until this new release is available. The new release which include full compatibility support with Mollie Payments by default.
