Having a problem with WordFence on a site using MemberMouse for membership software. After the last WF update, we could no longer login and just got stuck in the sending phase of the login. Deactivating WF fixed that but obviously, we’d like to continue to use both.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @databell96, thanks for your question.

I don’t see any records of known conflicts between MemberMouse and Wordfence, so we may need to do some digging. Am I correct in assuming they were working together previously before the update without issues?

Our Login Security module (notably 2FA/reCAPTCHA) supports WordPress and WooCommerce default login/registration pages, but not custom pages or those generated by other user management/custom form plugins etc. Has anything changed in this area regarding how users are logging in, or are any alternative 2FA/reCAPTCHA plugins being used with MemberMouse that might be altering the default WordPress login process?

    Thanks,
    Peter.

Yes, it has worked in the past together and no settings were changed within WordFence.
