Conflict with LSCache plugin

Hi,

After many many hours of trying to figure out why LSCache plugin won’t properly cache logged in users or work in incognito mode, I finally found out it’s due to a conflict with this plugin. To be fair, it’s not just this plugin, it’s the google tag code in general. Even adding the code manually to the header.php causes this issue. I tried to add it to body too in the plugin settings, but it didn’t work.

I guess it’s up to the author of the LSCache plugin to fix it but since I cannot count on that happening, I wanted to ask if you could think of anything?
