Conflict with Learnpress

Yeah i know about that. The problem is, they use the same javascript-framework as me, but in a way that is not recommended (they override the base vue-object with additional objects).

Version 1.3.0 of my plugin has a more encapsulated form of to use vue. Can anyone check if the bug still exists?
