• I’ve been grappling with this for weeks with no luck. I’ve involved LearnDash support to no avail, as they insist there’s no conflict on their test instance, but on my staging instance, neither login nor logout re-directs work when I use the LD functions. They work fine if I use normal wp-login/logout. If you look at URL provided, you can see both the current Login link using the wp-login page and the LD Login link which fires the pop-up modal. I really like the LD Login as it combines both login & registration on a single pop-up modal with what seems to me a more modern visual design than bouncing over to the wp-login page.

LearnDash insist they use the standard WP login and redirect capabilities but I think it’s not as simple as that, since I see in their code they are over-riding the login re-direct based on the page from which the user logged in. For example if you were viewing course xyz when you login from their pop-up, they take you back to that page after you login. In general this might seem the best UX, but we have a role-based on-boarding model that is more sophisticated than that, and LD is breaking it.

I know this is a conflict between Peter’s Login Redirects and LearnDash, and as such you could definitely say it’s not really your problem. Still if you have any suggestions as to how to resolve this I’d be really grateful. I really like the look & feel of LD’s Login/Register modal, but if I can’t get the re-directs working properly I really cannot use it…
