Conflict with LearnDash Grid plugin

  • I have grids set up for my courses. When I activate Uncanny Toolkit, it causes the grid links to fail – either they go to a random page or they go to itself. I have unlinked this page and created a different page to use in the meantime.

    We haven’t seen any reports of similar behaviour, so I’m afraid we don’t have much to go on here. Try the Toolkit again with ALL modules deactivated. If that works, reactivate the ones you had turned on to try to identify the source. We don’t test against the LearnDash Course Grid plugin that you’re using, but there still shouldn’t be any conflict and this combination is used on many sites. You might also try temporarily all other plugins except LearnDash and the Toolkit to see if it still happens; maybe something else that can trigger redirects is conflicting with the Toolkit.

    I tried your final suggestion (deactivated all plugins except LearnDash and Toolkit) – and the problem still happened.

    I can try seeing if one of the modules in particular is the culprit.

    Did you deactivate all modules and gradually reactivate them to see if you could trace if any particular module is causing the issue? Are you using the latest versions of both the Toolkit and the LearnDash grid addon?
