Conflict with latest WooCommerce Update

With the latest release of WooCommerce, something is causing sites to crash when both WooCommerce and Nested Pages are enabled, huge spike in CPU and a 500 server error.

If I disable Woo, everything behaves as normal. If I disable Nested pages, everything behaves as normal. But if both are enabled the site immediately crashes.

Unfortunately, on all sites that are using Woo, we are having to disable Nested Pages because Woo takes precedence.

Can you take a look on your end to see what could potentially cause such a huge spike in CPU?
