Conflict with Klarna

    Hi, great plugin, but seems to not wanting to cooperate with Klarna Payments. Disable 1 plugin makes the other one work.

    Thanks for contacting us, could you please specify exactly which Klarna Payments plugin you are currently using?

    Under what circumstances our plugin does not work as expected?

    Any screenshots will be helpful.

    If you manage to provide additional information on this issue, we may be able to pinpoint the cause of the conflict.

    Hi, thank you for reply.

    When Klarna is enabled alone, all works.
    When Flexible shipping is enabled alone, it works.
    When both are enabled alone, it hides Klarna payments.

    I use flexible shipping on other sites, no problem.
    I also use Klarna on other sites, without flexible shipping, all works.
    But as mentioned above, When both are enabled alone, it hides Klarna.

    I also opened a support topic to Klarna about this.

    Hi @itped84,

    Could you please check if you are using any conditional payments plugin? These types of plugins may hide certain payment methods due to the shipping method you choose.

    Our Flexible Shipping plugin should not affect the availability of any payment methods.
