Conflict with jquery-3.3.1

Almost the whole plugin conflicts with jquery-3.3.1. I wanted to set up color fields. Can I restrict jquery-3.3.1 on the profile edit page, without affecting the modal windows?

With other versions of jquery, this is the same story.

We use standard WP jquery.
Can you please let us know why do you use jquery-3.3.1 and what you are trying to achieve?
