hi i have the same problem. a few stats or no stats on WP since April 1st (ha ha…no joke) but Google Analytics is fine.
if i totally disable LS cache then stats start to appear (still seems low but it could be right)
i have tried disabling all the JS and CSS options pretty much and none of that resolves the problem at all.
jetpack try to fob you off by saying you should include logged in user and you might have forgotten about robots…ignore that (but do enable logged in users just in case…it’s in the wp stats regular config)
so i came to this thread to see if an EXCLUDE could be added somewhere…apparently not!
you can also try to install a ROLLBACK plugin. Perversely this enables you to upgrade jetpack to newer beta or alpha release. I briefly tried that but i don’t think it worked.
Finally someone on my other thread suggested using AMP transitional mode, I did but i don’t think that helps (although transitional and full aMP are significantly faster under gtmetrix…nice find but for another thread!)
to be clear: for me with LS cache disabled I get wp stats. and i always get GA stats correctly.
