Conflict with JetPack Infinite Scroll – Duplicate first Load of posts

Hi,
I’m using your plugin with JetPack Infinite Scroll.
When I activate your plugin, Infinite Scroll loads fine.

But When I Activate you plugin, Infinite Scroll loads the first X Posts that already are in page……and then goes fine.

Must be some problem with Query posts…..could you have a look, please!?
