Recently upgraded to the newest version of NGG after staying on an OLD legacy version for several years. Immediately noticed that Infinite Scroll in Jetpack stopped working, and have since tracked down the issue to being a conflict created by NextGen. IE, I disable NextGen and it works just fine, but with that plugin enabled then Infinite Scroll does not work. It tosses me this error :

infinity.min.js?ver=4.0.0:4 Uncaught ReferenceError: infiniteScroll is not defined
    at infinity.min.js?ver=4.0.0:4
    at infinity.min.js?ver=4.0.0:4

You can see an example at https://gunaxin.com/category/motors
That should infinitely scroll, and just disabling NextGen will enable it to scroll again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi @gunaxin,

I would start by tring to figure out if there isn’t any plugins that conflict by temporarily deactivating all the plugins excepting NextGen Gallery and Jetpack, clear any cache to see if the issue persists.

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions.

    Thanks!

I didn’t resolve the issue, I disabled infinite scroll. And I had already tested other plugins by deactivating them and clearing cache before posting here. I have isolated the issue as being caused by NextGen. Proper support shouldn’t be trying to figure out what is wrong with my site, it should be looking at your plugin based on the feedback I provided and fixing the issue.
