Restrict User Access is working perfectly but when it is activated I am unable to hide the Admin bar on the front end. I have tried all of the code options suggested in the Codex, StackOverflow and elsewhere and tried the ‘Hide Admin Bar From Non-admins’ plugin. Restrict User Access seems to conflict with them all.

‘Hide Admin Bar From Non-admins’ works perfectly when Restrict User Access is deactivated.

WordPress 4.9.5 running Twenty Seventeen Child theme

    Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Sorry, I can’t provide url because the client wants the site kept private.

    Thanks,
    Kip

Thank you for reporting this, and apologies for the delayed response.

Restrict User Access has a setting that allows you to show/hide the admin bar. Just go to User Access -> Settings and you should be able to see it.

It is on the roadmap to provide more granular control, so you can show/hide the admin bar for different Access Levels.

Please let me know if this doesn’t solve the problem!
