Conflict with Header and Footer plugin > Basic Google Maps Placemarks error: bgm

Thank for the great map plugin.

I am using the map plugin with Header and Footer.

Whenever, I activate the Header and Footer, I get an error on the map that says Basic Google Maps Placemarks error: bgmpData undefined.

Can you tell me what can be done to run both plugins.
