Hi Munir, I emailed you also in regards to this issue. I am a huge fan of this plugin and I have used it for over a year on my new blog. All of a sudden I was unable to save updated posts last week and I had to disable the plugin. Now I can’t justify the text. I complained to my theme author and he found the following issue : “Using the block names that are already a part of Gutenberg” hence creating a conflict. I have screen shots too. (emailed it to you) . Thank you kindly for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Have you tried testing the plugin with the latest update? To better understand the issue, I would appreciate more details. Since this plugin doesn’t have any such blocks, I suspect the root cause of the issue may be something else. Would you mind using this tool to create a quick screen recording?

Hi Munir, Thank you for the reply. I can’t record any of the back-end stuff but what is happening when the plugin is installed, I am unable to save or update the blog post at all. When I uninstall the plugin, the update button works. The theme developer sent me a screen snippet (picture) of the issue. I have emailed it to you. If you want me to, I can record the screen of me clicking on the Update button in the upper right corner and not being able to save anything.

Yes, please record that using the tool I suggested. Also provide details of your installation, like. The theme you are using and the active plugins list.

I have emailed you all of that two days ago but ok I will try to use this jam tool to screen capture the pain

This is the correct channel for this free plugin support. Also, i don’t need a screenshot as that’s not much helpful, I would need more info to debug the issue, that is why I suggested that tool.

Ok, thank you. I don’t know how to use Jam and I need to spend an hour or two adapting to it and learning how to use it. I downloaded it and don’t see where are the screen recording options but I am off work today and will spend all day on it .

Well that tool is straight forward and works exactly similar like any other screenshot or screen recording extension of chrome. If you don’t want to use it or find it difficult, you can simply get me the browser console error (if there are any) and the list of other info I requested.

Here is the video link. Active plugins should be visible in the video. https://jam.dev/c/a4c91cdf-8950-42fc-ba16-fe88198a06f9 Let me know what else you need. I would love , love, love to attach that screen shot by the theme developer but I have no option to do so. Theme I am using is a Popcorn theme for WP . Works well.

Hi Munir, let me know if you need anything else. Thanks

Thank you for providing the recording.

That the problem seems to be related to the “Estimated Reading Time” feature. To fix this, I need to refactor the feature, which will require some time, but not too much. In the meantime, you can disable the feature to see if it resolves the issue. Can you please try this and let me know if it works?

Hi Munir, thank you for the suggestion. Yes, that fixed the issue. It is working now. I will keep you updated if anything changes.
