Your plugin seems to be causing a pretty major conflict with Gravity Forms, following is how to replicate:

    1) Install both, activate Gravity Forms, then go to “settings”.
    2) Turn “logging” on.
    3) Click the “Logging” menu tab to view the logging page: [domain name]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_settings&subview=gravityformslogging
    4) In another tab, plugins acreen, activate your plugin.
    5) Now go back to logging page, refresh this in the browser. The content has all disappeared.

If you deactivate your plugin again, it will display again.

This is a recent issue, so one of your recent updates caused this, if you could investigate promptly that would be great as it is impacting a live site.

    Thanks.
