When your plugin is active, the “logging” functionality in Gravity Forms doesn’t work, a major issue on many websites (including mine!).

Are you able to address this? If not can you recommend another plugin to use in place of your’s?

    Thanks.

Gravity Forms support said you probably need to add a location check on your plugin code, so it only runs on the pages it needs to run.

The sooner the better, having to remove this from a live site at present.

Hello @deeve007 – We tested this on our end – and things seem to be running smoothly. We were able to view updated records/logs from Gravity Forms and it seemed no different from when we tested again after deactivating our plugin.

Also, we have not received any other similar complaints/tickets regarding a conflict.

Can you please guide us through the exact steps you followed to recreate the conflict?

    Thank you,

Additionally – Have you tried switching on the No-Conflict Mode on the Gravity Forms settings area? That would stop external scripts from loading on Gravity Forms admin pages thereby helping reduce the number of conflicts.

    Please keep us updated.

    Thank you,
