• I installed Emma for WooCommerce today and successfully connected to Emma, mapped fields, and auto-generated the new Emma segments. However, when I later went to edit my Gravity Forms Emma settings, I got the following error message: Fatal error: Cannot declare class Emma_Missing_Account_Id, because the name is already in use in /app/public/wp-content/plugins/gravityformsemma/includes/api/EmmaExceptions.php on line 14

When I deactivated Emma for WooCommerce, I was able to set up the Gravity Forms Emma feeds normally, but when I reactivated Emma for WooCommerce, the Woo Emma API fields were empty. I filled in that information again, but the Emma Field Mapping and Send Group to Emma settings pages are now blank. (They remain blank even if I deactivate GForms Emma.)

I’m submitting this same report to Gravity Forms support, but would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
