Conflict with Gravity Forms Constant Contact Addon

  • The form under the headline “Contact Our Brooksville Office” on the page linked is integrated with the HIPAA forms plugin and it uses the Constant Contact Addon through gravity forms. If I disable this form from being “HIPAA” compliant it sends to the Constant Contact list as it should. But with HIPAA enabled, this functionality no longer works.

    A fix for this would be greatly appreciated.
