conflict with Gravity Flow – Worklflow

When Gravity Form and Gravity Flow is installed, if you add Members plugin, the worklow page and everything related to gravity flow disappear.
Can you help ?

this page from workflow becomes immediatly blank when activate Members :
https://www.website.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&view=settings&subview=gravityflow&id=4
the workflow inbox is not authorized access for super admin… ??
same for …/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gravityflow_settings
And everything related to workflow disapear in wp
