    Hi @vaibhavdugar

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your questions!

    The error means that one of the core plugin classes “doesn’t exist” which means it’s not available at the moment it’s needed. This can be caused by a file really missing (e.g. if something went wrong during installation/update or due to some other reasons) or, theoretically, some conflict affecting autoloader.

    To start with, please try just re-installing Beehive – remove it from site and install again.

    If it doesn’t help – is there any other plugin active on site, specifically for Google Tag Manager support and if so, does disabling it lets you activate Beehave? If yes, would you please let me know which exact plugin it is so I could report the conflict to our developers?

    If none of above is the case then a full conflict test would be necessary to identify the culprit, I’m afraid. Such conflict would be:

    – switch site to Twenty Twenty-One theme temporarily
    – deactivate all plugins
    – enable Beehive;

    If it worked, deactivate Beehiave and then

    – enable your original theme back and try enabling Beehive

    If it worked again, again deactivate Beehive and

    – enable one of other plugins and try enabling Beehive;
    – repeat the “disable Beehive, enable next plugin, try enabling Beehive” process until the error happens again

    The last enabled plugin (other than Beehive; right before attempt to activate Beehive) would be the other site of the conflict and knowing about it, I could also ask our developers too look into it to see if we can fix it on our end.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
