Conflict With Function Allowing Logged Out Checkout

Hey Guys!
We are testing adding a function to our site that allows customer that have purchased before (and have an account on the site) to checkout with that same email address without logging in. After the purchase is placed the order automatically applies to that existing customer account.

That function works correctly when the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin is off, but it does not work when the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin is on.

Are you aware of a way we can continue using your plugin, but make that function work for us?
