Conflict with Fluent CRM checkbox

Hi Guys,
I’ve installed Fluent CRM recently. It offers the option to put a checkbox field at checkot to allow users to subscribe to our mailing list.
We configured to enable auto checked status for that field.
It works fine with Checkout Field Editor disabled.
However, when we reativate it, the checkbox became unchecked as default.Can you help us finding a solution for that?
