I don’t know if you put custom css somewhere, if you did find where you put this and delete it:

.pswp--visible .pswp__item {
opacity: 1;
}

If you haven’t installed it, most likely the problem comes from the caching plugin, I would advise you to turn it off to test. If the problem does not occur with the caching plugin turned off, you will most likely need to make other settings for the js and css files

No that did not solve the issue, that is added by the theme Flatsome its using photoswipe

I installed this theme on a test site and it works, it doesn’t have the problem you have. I’m guessing it’s some setting or a possible conflict with some other plugin, if you have any error logs – that would be helpful.

If you can’t try this custom code that you can add in function.php of your theme – and it should be some kind of solution

It seems I cannot remove the video anymore after adding it to the product gallery, the thumbnail of the video is not showing in the product gallery in the backend after updating the product.

Those photos you provided are the add photos box in the gallery – which has nothing to do with the Video Gallery for WooCommerce plugin.

To add and remove video to a product
you must:

1. Find the product and select edit product
2. Find the “Product data” section
3. Look for the “Video Gallery for WooCommerce” tab
4. There you will see the video uploaded to the product – you can delete it from the “X” button or upload a video from your gallery from the “WP Media” button
5. After deleting or adding a video in the “Publish” section, press “Update”

For the other problem, as far as I can see with the custom code it partially solves the problem, as I told you I tested it on the same topic and it works, it is most likely some setting on your part or a conflict with the other plugins.
