Conflict with featured image

    I know this is strange but the featured image block disappeared from the post editor. When I disabled this plugin it reappeared again. Seems to be a conflict. I included a video for you to see the proof

    The issue is more complex than simply my plugin as I’ve tested this on several sites (all running my plugin) and I can definitely see that the featured image is working.

    Steps to debug

    deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue is still occurring (it probabaly is not) and then reactivate the other plugins one by one until you find the culprit.

    If you have debug active you could also check your debug log.

    I am resolving this for good order as I believe the problem lies elsewhere but will still monitor the thread and reopen if appropriate

    Thank you for responding quickly. You very well could be right that the problem is elsewhere. I have used this plugin on many other sites with no problem. For this combo of plugins on this site, if I deactivate LH then the featured image returns. So I am leaving it off for now.

    All good, a there are now 50,000 plus plugins in the repository alone so conflict occur

    But as I said the other thing to check is the debug log many conflicts generate an error or warning, It is useful to follow up as makes the whole ecosystem better. For example a similar sort of issue was reported for this plugin and the bug was actually a minor error in one of the most used plugins in the repository.
