• I encountered this issue before, and it’s happening again. When I set the font size/width/paddings etc. for mobile and tablet devices, the changes don’t apply on the frontend. However, when I switch to a different theme like Hello Elementor, the problem is resolved, and the custom styles display correctly for tablet and mobile.

  • Hi @dardotinfo,

When the changes you do on the backend doesn’t reflect on the frontend, mostly it’s due to the cache. Are you using a cache plugin? Does your hosting have a built-in cache feature?

Please share a screenshot of how it looks on the backend, and share your site URL, so we can see how it looks on the frontend.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

No, it’s not related to the cache. This issue occurs on our various WordPress hostings we have that is using the Astra theme. I’ve been facing this problem since last year. I even came across a 2022 post in an Elementor Group on Facebook where someone reported experiencing the same issue. Upon closer investigation, I noticed that the website were using the Astra theme. Switching to the Hello Elementor theme eliminates this problem.
