    Hello,

When activate this plugin it shows a blank page. When I desactivate Elementor Pro the site and plugin works again. I talked with Elementor Pro support and they told me to talk with this plugin’s author because it has something to do with some settings of this plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @than1981 !

I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced this issue!

From the sound of it, it looks like it may be an out of memory problem.

Please check your site’s current settings and see whether you’re able to increase the max_memory to 256M or 512M. Here’s how to do it:

    https://help.zone.eu/en/kb/changing-the-phpini-configuration-file-using-userini/

You can also contact your hosting provider and ask them to confirm whether this is the actual cause of the issue and increase the limit for you.

In case this doesn’t help, please let us know and we’ll be investigating further.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel

It’s not the case. I tried both 256M and 512M and nothing changed.

    Hi @than1981

    Thanks for response!

You mentioned that Elementor support told you that it’s related to “some settings of the (Smush) plugin”. Did they mention any specific settings?

Also, the “blank page” – is it the page/post editing page when you try to edit it with Elementor or is it Smush settings page or entire site gets down?

If it’s not entire site and you still have access to Smush settings, try disabling “Lazy Load” option in Smush and see if that helps. Also check if disabling “Smush -> Tools -> Detect and show incorrectly sized images” option makes any difference.

Update us here with results, please.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

They didn’t say which settings. I have the same problem with some other optimization plugins.

The problem is only on the front-end. I tried your recommendations but nothing changed.

And also I just found out that if I change theme (with the same plugins and Elementor activated) everything works fine.

I figured out that the problem was at the theme I was using.
