Conflict with Elementor

  • Hello,

    I am having an issue with WPFC & Elementor.

    When I add a product to my basket it updates the bubble indicator in the Elementor menu basket. However when I then change pages the bubbles indicator resets to 0 until the cart icon is clicked and the mini-cart is opened. Sometimes it doesnn’t update at all. It’s not page specific. Other times the number says more or less than is in the cart.

    I have raised this as a general issue to Elementor support and they isolated it to WPFC.

    Is it possible to take a look please?

    I did not understand the problem. do you have the problem when you are logged-in as an admin?

    Hi,

    Yes the problem exists when I am logged in as an admin but also when i’m in private browsing. The issues goes away when I disable WPFC.

    I have had the tech guys at Elementor look at it and they said I needed to speak to you – Their email which I have pasted below also has a link to a screengrab of it happening.

    Hello,

    I have added this exception however the issue remains ??

    Purged the cache and opened in private browsing etc.
