    Hello again,

I believe that there may be a conflict with the Elementor plugin, because the Cart widget of the Elementor that is in the header, is returning to the WooComerce default. When I try to edit the checkout page with the Elementor, I get a fatal error page. Also, I removed the logo from the checkout page but it still appears there, what could be happening?

If I disable the plugin ‘fluid checkout for woocomerce’, everything goes back to normal, the cart widget and edits by Elementor. I don’t know if it helps, but this is the final line on the fatal error page:

    #40 {main} thrown in …\wp-content\plugins\fluid-checkout\inc\checkout-steps.php on line 955

    Hi @admpt1,

The problem has been fixed. The updated version 1.4.4 with this fix will be available in the next couple of days.

You can also use the beta version 1.4.4-beta-6 from the link below:
    https://t2449427.p.clickup-attachments.com/t2449427/6f83d984-9fdd-4749-bb68-d5b2a65ce688/fluid-checkout-1.4.4-beta-6.zip

Please note that a similar problem might still happen which is not caused by Fluid Checkout. When the cart is empty, WooCommerce will redirect the user from the checkout page to the cart page, and Elementor does not work well with redirects:

The error will try to give more information if possible. For example in the image below, it says “Preview Debug”. The “preview debug” option enables the user to verify that there is no redirect on the page.

Thanks for the quick response and for providing the beta download!

Now I can edit the checkout page with Elementor, but I still have these two difficulties:

About the cart widget, I probably didn’t express myself well, sorry! The problem isn’t the redirection, it’s the style. When the fluid checkout plugin is active, the widget -style- is affected, I don’t know if this is elementor limitation or something that can be solved with this plugin. When deactivated, the widget’s products area style reverts to what I set.

The second difficulty is in the header, the option to remove the site logo appeared again when I updated to this beta version, I removed it, but it still appears on the checkout page. I know how to hide with CSS, so it’s not really a problem.

    Hi @admpt1,

This error while trying to edit the checkout page with Elementor has been fixed with version 1.5.0.

    About the two other issues…

    > When the fluid checkout plugin is active, the widget -style- is affected

    1. On which page does this happen? Checkout or Cart?
    2. Could you provide a screenshot of what it looks like with and without the style problem?

    > The second difficulty is in the header, the option to remove the site logo appeared again when I updated

    3. Do you mean the option to change the checkout page logo?

    Best,
    Diego

    Hi! thanks for the fix!

1- This is only in the Elementor cart widget style that is in the header (does not appear in cart and checkout pages). I m using OceanWP (child) theme with “Remove personalized WooCommerce resources for OceanWp” option enabled.

    2- Screenshots:
Cart widget from Elementor with Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce enabled (wrong):

Cart widget from Elementor with Fluid Checkout for WooCommerce disabled (correct):

3- Yes, I removed it from settings, but still showing on front end checkout page, I used CSS to hidden

    Hi @admpt1,

1 / 2. I could not reproduce the problem. In my development environment, the styles of the cart widget work both on the front-end and also while editing pages with Elementor.

    https://t2449427.p.clickup-attachments.com/t2449427/fb27ad54-1d2a-4ebc-9dc0-10466fbec565/Screen%20Shot%202022-02-05%20at%2019.35.53.png

I could not find the option “Remove personalized WooCommerce resources for OceanWp”.

Could you advise what is the exact location of this option, and provide a screenshot if possible?

    3. In that case, Fluid Checkout might be getting the logo image from the OceanWP settings. This works for some themes, but not for others.

Please check if you have a logo image set via the WP Admin > Appearance > Customizer, or via the OceanWP theme settings.

If you want to show a different image (or remove it) on the checkout page than the rest of the website, you can use the option from the Fluid Checkout settings, or customize it with PHP code.

    Best,
    Diego
