Conflict with EDD

I’m having a problem after installing this plugin on my site. Users can’t download their purchase (pdf) any longer. I tested by turning the plugin off, and was able to download, put it back on and again it fails.

I can send you a test url but I’d rather not do that on a public forum so please let me know the best way to contact you.
