Hi There. Upon updating to 1.7 and subsequent versions of Popup Maker the Divi page editor is unable to load. I have rolled back the plugin in version 1.6 which does not seem to conflict with the editor. I would like to use the most up to date version of the plugin so I wanted to inform you about this issue so that you can (hopefully) tend to in in a future update.

    Thanks for your help.
    Sara

@saralovesyellow – Can you test 1.7.8 and if it doesn’t work can you check PHP error logs? If we can track down an error we can fix it quickly. Nobody so far has been able to check logs and provide any details.

If not maybe you can join our facebook group and give me access to the plugin/theme files to duplicate and test locally.

I am facing the same issue. I see the following errors in the Chrome Dev tools console.

Uncaught ReferenceError: pum_shortcode_ui is not defined

@stylifyyourblog – If that is the issue your seeing it is 100% browser cache issue on your end. We have seen 100+ people report that and most fixed it simply by hitting CTRL+F5, others used CloudFlare and it was causing issues due to ignoring ?ver=1.7.8 in the url of the assets.

Yes, that was indeed the problem at my end. When I emptied the browser cache for the website ( https://i.imgur.com/T2LBNqq.png ), the Divi page editor started to work again. Thanks for the quick fix

Thanks all! After updating to 1.7.9 and a browser hard reload (ctrl+shift+R – ctrl+f5 didn’t do the trick for me) the builder is now loading properly again. Thanks again to everyone for the prompt reply, feedback and fix! ??
