Conflict with Divi

    I recently relaunched a site and I wanted to use EmbedPlus to show off a couple of YouTube Galleries on the Work page. However, when the plugin is activated, Divi is remarkably slow. Some pages like the Home Page and Blog wouldn’t load completely and the background video on the homepage (hosted on our own servers, not YouTube), wouldn’t run. Not like we’re running a lot of plugins either. Elegant Themes Updater, FontAwesome, WordFence and Yoast. That’s it.

    So what is causing the conflict and is there a fix?

    Out of curiosity, did you check this option?

    Also Defer jQuery: Note: Do NOT check this option if you are using a pagebuilder. Furthermore, defering jQuery may improve your GTMetrix score even more, but might not be compatible with your theme or other plugins (especially if they are not defering their own scripts). Use this option with caution.

    Too late. Found a lighter plugin that did the job. Thank you.

    Can I ask what the lighter plugin was, as I am also running Divi and Elegant Themes?

    It was YotuWP.
